Please call 561-745-1719 or submit this form to request a Meet and Greet. Our team will then contact you to schedule a visit at your convenience.

What to Expect at Your "Meet and Greet"​​

​

Your visit will be roughly 30 minutes and include the following:​

​

  • Introduction to our friendly team: You'll be able to introduce your dog, discuss their needs and preferences, and ask any questions you have.

  • Personality assessment: To ensure the safety of all dogs and staff, we'll have a trained team member gradually assess your dog's response to other dogs, staff, and play areas. This takes 15-20 minutes and costs $15. You are welcome to watch via the playroom camera.

  • Resort overview: You'll learn about and see the amazing amenities your dog will enjoy.

  • Daycare (optional): If your dog is suited for supervised group play, then he/she can stay for up to 2 hours for free. You are welcome to book daycare for the rest of the day as well.
