Cristina Pantaleo
Owner and General Manager
Cristina is a lifelong dog lover. She built a successful career in law and government, but decided to pursue her passion for dogs after providing care for Oliver, a dog she rescued in 2013 with special needs.
Cristina serves as the General Manager of Lush Dog Resort and ensures we maintain the highest standard of fun and care for your dog.

Allison Fitts
Board Chair and Industry Pioneer
Allison has been in the Pet Care industry for over 19 years and was the original visionary behind Lush. Her passion is to provide a fun, safe and stimulating environment for dogs and continues to help Lush deliver an exceptional experience.
She has two dogs, Faith and Harry, who constantly bring her joy.
